Gozar com as bandas

Já sabemos que a coisa não anda muito animadora para as bandas portuguesas que tentam criar alguma música decente, mas não fazia ideia que isto também já acontecia com bandas de nome feito, senão veja-se o que aconteceu com Therion:

"We are at this moment travelling to Omaha for the show (in a fucking uncomfortable van with a trailer). We drove til 5 in the morning and continued to drive today after 4 hour sleep and would have hade it for the Omaha show. We would have been late compared to normal load in time, but we would have had the time to set up our stuff, do a quick soundcheck and do the show (without any support acts). However, we just received a call saying the local promoter already cancelled the show. Nothing we can do about that, but again being very sorry. Especially as we could have done this show, it was not necessary to cancel it.

We will get the new tour bus this evening though, so be sure of that none of the remaining shows will be cancelled."

Para quem não conheça, os Therion são uma banda com mais de 10 anos, muito conhecida no meio do metal internacional, mas pouco ou nada no 'mainstream'. Se mesmo para os Therion a vida é difícil, imaginem então como ela é para os milhares de bandas portuguesas que procuram ainda o seu cantinho no mundo da música.
